Travel reimbursement offer: The customer’s primary residence must be at least 50 driving miles from the Manufactured Housing Consultants New Braunfels sales location. Reimbursement is limited to actual eligible travel expenses supported by itemized receipts, up to $500 per household and completed transaction. The visit must be scheduled, the offer confirmed in writing before travel, and receipts submitted within 30 days after closing. Payment is made after a qualifying purchase fully closes and funds, subject to lender and closing-provider disclosure and approval. Restrictions may apply.
